I created the following brewery simulation for MoreSteam, a company involved with Six Sigma education. The application is used in college / MBA courses teaching Six Sigma continuous improvement. Students are expected to run these simulations several times to understand how each variable affects the final result, and in the process discover dummy variables that have no effect on the outcome.
I created all of the drawings using a Wacom tablet (very cool) and Illustrator.
